Project Description:

This beautiful Colonial began with a functional floor plan regarding Kitchen, Eat-In and Family Room areas. Our task was to present a new Sun Room that would compliment existing conditions, allow a comfortable transition between these spaces, while ensuring ease and functionality on a daily basis. Sun Rooms will typically present an abundance of natural light. We were looking to take this panoramic vision just a bit further.
