Project Description:

An existing single story ranch with what seemed like a 70's step down family room needed some help. Adding a new foundation and aligning  floors was our first priority. Once that task was completed, some very well needed square footage became available for a two story colonial with attached garage. Always assuring our designs are compatible with their surroundings, this little gem didn't last long.
