Project Description:

This One Hundred and Forty square foot Kitchen Expansion has introduced much needed working and storage spaces originally unavailable to the homeowner. Functionality in tandem with this additional footprint allows natural transition from Kitchen to Eat-In to Entertainment Areas. Proposed millwork, stonework, tile, appliances, recessed and up lighting acquire ease of placement, functionality and sustainability over time. Other elements such as a Frosted Etched Glass Door leading to a spatial Pantry and an abundance of natural light are elements that complete our designed build. The new Side Porch Entrance presenting a Standing Metal Seam Roof, Bead Board with surrounding trim allows a beautiful transition to our newly designed Kitchen.
