Project Description:

Sitting on Brookline's beautiful Fisher Hill, this 1919 original build was in need of care. The existing structure showed decayed exterior façade, rotted wood framing, a confining interior floor plan and darkened spaces with minimal natural light. This home required some current and efficient updating. Our main focus was to generate a plan reflecting an ease of transition between spaces, the efficiency of use and long term feasibility. Our new design reflects a welcoming Entry Way which transitions into  spacious Living, Dining and Kitchen areas. This open floor plan allows an abundance of natural lighting from the perimeter windowed walls. An enormous Kitchen, Eat In and Sun Room footprint allows a line of sight from front to back. The Second Floor Plan consists of a Master Bedroom, Master Closet, Master Bath along with two other Bedrooms. A Third Floor Attic space adds a Third Bedroom, Full Bath and large Common Area.
