This newly purchased single story ranch had a an immediate plan of expansion. Our prime directive was to utilize existing foundations. Adding peered footings to visually balance the front elevation, a two story Colonial with an idyllic farmhouse porch emerges. Taking this design one step further, three Colonial roof dormers align with six over six double hung windows below to assure a well received stately curb appeal.
