Project Description:

This original Circa 1800 colonial was in desperate need of aesthetic and structural repair due to years of negligent alterations. Crumbling foundations and rotted wood members were also discovered. After much analysis from structural engineers, it was apparent that this old house could not be saved. Our approach with our design was to keep that colonial flavor at this beautiful corner lot. A stunning foyer entry greets guests to nine-foot ceilings, formal dining room, formal living room, butlers pantry with a wonderful open floor plan. Time period correct millwork and attention to detail completes this classic homes interior.
